Who can use Zensky

Zensky is for adults 18 and over.

Not medical care

Zensky is a wellness and self-help app. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace a doctor, counselor or treatment. The AI coach is a computer program, not a person or a therapist, and it can be wrong. In an emergency, call 911. For a crisis, call or text 988.

Free days and subscriptions

• Every new user gets 15 days of the full app free, with no payment details and nothing to cancel.
• After that, the tracker and progress screens need a Zensky Plus subscription. SOS, Call a Friend, Talk and helplines stay free.
• Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. They renew automatically at the same price each month or year until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Where offered, someone else can pay for your membership on our website. They pay us directly, and these terms apply to that membership too.

Using the app well

Don't use Zensky to harm anyone, to break the law, or to try to make the AI coach produce harmful content. Only add backup people who have agreed to be contacted.
