Our support inbox opens at launch. Until then, the steps below answer the most common questions, and the Help tab in the app links to free, trained support any time.

Subscriptions

• Restore a purchase: open You, tap Options under Membership, then Restore purchases.
• Cancel: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions.
• Can't afford it? SOS, Call a Friend, Talk and every helpline stay free, and someone who cares can cover your membership.

The AI coach

Turn it on or off anytime in the You tab. Tap Report under any reply that seems wrong or unsafe.

Delete your data

Your data lives on your phone. In the You tab, tap "Delete my data and start over". Deleting the app also removes it.
